atSpoke helps IT, HR, and Ops teams support your employees efficiently and delightfully. Unlike existing clunky systems, atSpoke provides a simple, integrated ticketing system and knowledge base, built for the modern workforce. In addition to traditional channels like email and web, atSpoke provides tight integrations with chat apps like Slack, so employees can ask for things where they’re already working. atSpoke learns to answer the simple stuff on its own and who to send the more complex issues to. The more you use it, the better it gets.
