Create a Trello card from each atSpoke request
If your atSpoke requests involve work that is tracked in a project management tool like Trello, you can save time by creating tasks from atSpoke requests automatically. Once activated, this Zap creates a new Trello card from every new atSpoke request.

Trigger
Trigger app: atSpoke
Trigger: New request

Connect your atSpoke account, and pull in samples to test with. You can find more information on connecting atSpoke and Zapier here.

This step grabs the fields you can use from atSpoke. Make sure you don't skip this part!

Action
Action app: Trello
Action: Create Card

Connect your Trello account, then create the template for the Trello card. The fields in green contain information from Step 1. Select the button to use information from Step 1.

Select "Show advanced options" to create the template for the body of the card.

Template
The template created in this step controls the formatting of the Trello card you'll receive each time a resource is created.
The stock template is mapped as follows:

Card Title: (Title of request from step 1)
Card Body:
Requester Name: (Requester name from step 1)
Requester: (requester email from step 1)
Link to atSpoke request :(Hyperlink to request from step 1)

Edit the template to include the details you'd like, and trigger a test. Once the template looks good to you, flip the switch and turn your Zap live!
