Team tags

Team tags can help organize work at the team level according to their own individual team taxonomy. This will be an asset for teams to track and manage their requests and improve overall efficiency.

Create a Tag

  1. Navigate to Teams
  2. Select Tags from the top menu
  3. Click Add Tag

When adding a tag, a new colored icon will pop up and you can name the tag

Adding Tags to Requests

Once a tag is created you can add it to a request. For more detailed instructions on managing tags click here. Tags will be listed at the organization level and at the team level.

You can use the search bar to find tags even faster!

Only Team Admins can create tags. Team Admins and Team Agents can view the tags. Requesters will not be able to see team tags.
