Converting message replies into knowledge resources

Sometimes you write a reply, that should really be a new piece of knowledge. If you realize something should be a knowledge resource after it's been sent, you can convert the message reply into an atSpoke knowledge base resource.

  1. In the request, hover your mouse over the message you'd like to convert to reveal "..."
  2. Select "..." then "Add to KB"
  3. Add a title, and keywords to your resource
  4. Select "Add" to make this reply a part of your knowledge base
