Snippet for Knowledge Base Resources

When a user asks a question that can be answered by a source in the knowledge base a snippet will be shown. This will show portions of a longer article so the user can decide if it is the correct resource. This makes it easier to digest large content and ensures employees are getting the information they need.

Example Snippet

A user asks for the company's holiday schedule. A portion of the knowledge base will be shown.

If this is the correct knowledge base resource, click show more.

Here you can see the content of the entire knowledge base resource. You can then indicate whether "πŸ‘This helps," "πŸ‘ŽThis doesn't help," "Show less," or "Cancel" the request.
