Upgrade to the Business plan for access to all supported data types: Requests, Knowledge, Teams, Request Types & Settings.

Admins can export segments of atSpoke activity using our Activity Log feature to help with audit and compliance.

  1. Navigate to Settings
  2. Choose Export
  3. Create a new export

Next, Choose your preferred export type

Types of Export

  • Knowledge
  • Requests
  • Teams
  • Request Types
  • Settings
  • All of the above

Choose the Date range for the export you need

Date Ranges

  • Week to Date
  • Month to Date
  • Year to Date
  • Custom

Click Export in the bottom right of the modal when you have chosen your preferred export.

atSpoke will generate your export in the background and send you an email with a link to the report when it's ready to be downloaded.


Filter by any Team before exporting data to further refine results.


Filter by specific users before exporting data to further refine results.

You can also download your most recently exported files by returning to Settings > Export and selecting the Download button next to the export you'd like to download.
